About Pup Dates
Yes—but in a controlled way.
Romeo is one of Pup Dates’ strongest distinctive brand assets. Letting him welcome visitors makes the website memorable and immediately communicates warmth, character and fun. However, the copy must still explain what Pup Dates offers quickly and professionally.
I recommend using Romeo’s voice for the headline, introduction and closing line, while keeping the essential information clear. He should sound charmingly self-important—not so whimsical that visitors struggle to understand the business.
Welcome to Pup Dates—Big Adventures for Smaller Dogs
Hello. Romeo Bossy Boots Lee here—CEO, Editor-in-Chief and, frankly, the reason any work gets done around here.
Pup Dates is Sydney’s social and events community specialising in thoughtfully designed experiences for small and medium-sized dogs and the people who adore us.
We bring people and pups together for relaxed lunches, scenic picnics, elegant high teas, market outings, seasonal celebrations and luxury coach adventures. Each experience is carefully planned with the comfort and enjoyment of our four-legged guests in mind—as it should be.
Whether you’re joining us for a coastal escape, a day in the Hunter Valley or a wonderfully festive Christmas in July, you can expect beautiful settings, thoughtful details and a warm community ready to welcome you.
Small and medium-sized dogs are at the heart of Pup Dates, although selected events welcome friendly dogs of all sizes. Every event will clearly explain which pups it is best suited to—because even I accept that one size does not fit all.
Pup Dates celebrates the joy of sharing life with dogs: new friendships, memorable adventures and plenty of tail wags, pup cuddles and zoomies.
Because the best adventures are the ones you share with your dog.
You’re welcome.

ONE TRAIN CARRIAGE - WE NEED 20,000 SIGNATURES TO GET THIS DEBATED IN PARLIAMENT
Your dog should not need a car to be part of your life.
For people who do not own or cannot drive a car, the current ban on companion dogs on NSW trains can make veterinary appointments, family visits, moving house, holidays and ordinary community life extraordinarily difficult.
We are asking the NSW Government to conduct a two-year trial of one clearly designated pet-friendly carriage on every train.
Not every carriage. Not unrestricted access. One designated space offering responsible dog owners a transport option while allowing passengers with allergies, fears or other concerns to choose a pet-free carriage.
We need 20,000 signatures by 4 November 2026 for the petition to be debated in the NSW Parliament. Please add your name, then share the petition with three NSW residents. Together, 20,000 voices can put this practical proposal before Parliament.

Help us secure a parliamentary debate on pet-friendly trains in NSW.

If you live in NSW, please sign today—then send the petition to three people.
