Refund Policy
Should an event be cancelled due to weather or any other issue a full refund will be provided. In change my mind and other situations or other situations a full refund will be offered if you advise via email 10 days. before the event. Under 10 days and specifically in the case of coach trips that involve outside resources if you can find a person to replace you or a replacement can be found we will issue a refund. However, once the numbers are confirmed with external providers the onus will be on the purchaser to locate another person to attend in their place.

What size dogs can go on a Pup Date?
The typical size of dogs at Pup Dates is around 5–6 kilos. If you’re unsure whether your pup fits our size guidelines, feel free to send us a photo—we're always happy to take a look! We do have a size restriction in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all the dogs attending, and to make sure every pawrent can enjoy a relaxing and wonderful day out with their pup. 🐶💛
Other requirements
Keeping all pups safe is our main priority so your dog will need to be well socialised to attend and up to date on all vaccinations.
Say I Join in November, Will I Have to Rejoin Again in January?
Yes, you will need to renew in January, as memberships run on a calendar year from 1 January to 31 December. That said, joining now is still a great idea! It means you can start enjoying all the upcoming events, early access to bookings, and member perks straight away—plus, you’ll be supporting all the fun we’ve got planned to wrap up the year. We’d love to have you with us! 🐾✨
